Yes. Monument routinely scopes and pre-plans works so they can run through fixed holiday windows and hand back complete for the start of the new term. It delivered the Georges River College Peakhurst and Penshurst amenity and changeroom upgrades over the end-of-year holidays, both handed over on time for Day 1, Term 1.
