Capability-specific questions

How is a fire-damaged school building remediated and rebuilt?

After a fire, the works begin with making the site safe and a series of remediation works to address damage to internal fabrics and infrastructure, followed by a complete upgrade to bring the space back into service, including new ceiling and floor linings, interactive audio-visual works, lighting, security and furniture. Monument delivered exactly this at Cranebrook High School, returning a fire-damaged library to life.
