What is Monument's approach or philosophy?

Monument's philosophy is "Constructive thinking": analysing situations, making decisions and solving problems in a positive, productive way, and reducing the distance between ownership and delivery. In practice it means directors are on site and on the calls, the team has held the tools and run the trades, and the company works a step ahead of those trades. It is what lets a relatively small core team serve institutional-level clients.
