Controls include secure perimeter hoarding and fencing, segregated pedestrian and vehicle access, full-time site supervision spotting all plant and machinery movement, scheduling of high-risk activities outside occupancy peaks, and works staged so occupants and construction never share space. These controls operate under Monument's ISO 45001 certified safety management system.
